JAPAN TREND FESTIVAL
JAPAN TREND FESTIVAL 2023 Executive Committee (Chairman: Yoichiro Aoyagi, Member of the House of Representatives) will host the “Japan-Vietnam Diplomatic Relations 50th Anniversary Commemorative Event – JAPAN TREND FESTIVAL (Japan Trend Vietnam Festival) 2023” on September 23 (Sat) and 24 (Sun), 2023, at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House in Vietnam.
This event is a youth-oriented Japanese cultural festival celebrating the 50th anniversary of Japan-Vietnam diplomatic relations. Through music, manga, anime, and digital content, it introduces modern Japan and shares its advanced yet relatable culture with Vietnamese youth. In addition to traditional cultural values, the festival aims to showcase Japan’s vibrant, youthful image, expanding its fanbase and leveraging social media as a key platform to deeply integrate Japanese culture into Vietnam’s youth society.
By promoting cultural exchange between Japan and Vietnam, this event will convey the appeal of Japan to young Vietnamese people and create a valuable opportunity to strengthen the friendship between the two countries.
