As a platform for grassroots exchange, this festival celebrates Japan-China cultural ties through diverse programming. Organized to:

  • Support Japanese expatriates in China
  • Strengthen local community engagement
  • Promote authentic Japanese culture

With-COVID Innovation:
Hybrid (online + in-person) format ensures safety while bridging Wuhan and Japan digitally. This model will expand to other Chinese cities.
